Singapore Family: The Khoo Family

oh the laughter…

This cheeky adventurous little boy definitely kept me on my toes during our session. I absolutely love watching little ones explore the beautiful (bugs and all) world we live in.

oh... LOVE... Let me tell you about this precious little girl.

I always knew that kids find me entertaining. After almost every shoot, we usually become the best of friends. Oh... the many houses I've been invited to by a 2 or 3 year old. 😍

With this one, we were not even halfway through the session, and she would run up to me, giving me hugs, so generously. I must say, I fell in love.

Cake Smash: Baby O is ONE!

baby steps… adventure is out there!

Olivia is ONE 77.jpg

Gorgeous sassy little miss O was super fun to photograph! I especially loved how momma just organised a pastel affair for her cake smash session!

After photographing several back to back sessions, running together with them boys, it was really nice to just have a very pleasant morning photographing ladylike giggles over cake!

Ended my 2018 with this gorgeous Singaporean family, who were in KL for a holiday. This little boy was such a laughter bunny! It was so contagious that for the whole shoot, I was just laughing behind my camera. He and his big brother were just amazing- they were just so full of expressions. <3

I also have a huge confession to make… if a child cries, or falls down in front of my camera, I’ll always stay put, to make sure I get that shot. Cause honestly, they are just the cutest, and makes for the best kind of photos! #plsdonthateme

The Tan Family

sometimes boys just need to be boys.

High energy, cheeky and loud laughter, running, running, and more running. This pair of brothers really had me catching my breath as I photographed them. I don’t know how their parents keep up with them!

The Chee Family

"silly pictures, crazy time, sisters at heart, and partners in crime."

The Chee Family 10.jpg

I had the opportunity to photograph Belinda Chee and her multi-talented, gorgeous family. What struck me most was how despite the distance (KL, Kuching, Singapore), the family bond is so strong. The cousins also genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

Ready… set… go….. and these four energiser bunnies took off. A split second later, the oldest boy (who was leading in front), turned around and waited for the youngest one. #ohmyheart. These boys are really the sweetest!

I must admit when I first found out that the session comprised of 4 little boys under 10 years old, I was slightly apprehensive. I was afraid that my legs wouldn’t be able to keep up with them, and that I wouldn’t get photos which tell their personalities. However, after the short walk from the carpark to the park, I knew that we’ll be ok! Honestly, there were so many favourites from this session!

Connor is FIVE!

I WHALE always love you!

Hello little boy… it has been 3 years!!

From farm animals to dinosaurs and now to sea animals (he saw a whale in a shadow on the ground)... #ohmyheart how this little boy has turned into a cheeky, goofy, funny little man. I cannot believe that he is 5!

To think that I've photographed him since he was but a teeny tiny one month old! Dear little boy, as you grow another year older, may you never lose your childlike wonder and joy, and I pray you'd grow to be a man after His heart.

Watch this cheeky little face grow - one-month old; six-month old; one year old party; and two-year old portrait

The 山口 (Yamaguchi) Family

a fishing day
is the best kind of day!

‘お姉さん。。。お姉さん。。’ もう30歳になったから、子供ちゃん ‘お姉さん’ 言う時、きもちがよかった!^_^
Onaesan, jie, chichi... whatever language it’s in... it always feels so good when a little kid insist on calling you ‘big sister’.

Most of the time when I photograph families, I feel like for that one hour, we are really good friends hanging out, and having fun together.

Time just flew by with the gorgeous Yamaguchi family. who were so natural and easy to photograph. I watched Rikku-chan fish, take care of his sister on the playground, and even had a little scare when he ran up to me with a dragonfly he caught. #ohmyheart.

Can I please have more play dates like these?

Singapore Family: The Ang Family

a happy and smiling child is worth
more than all the money in the world!

I was supposed to take photos of this little tyke together with his best friend when he was just a couple of months old. It didn’t work out then, cause kids - when they need to nap, they nap! Almost a year later, I’m so glad to meet this now grown up little boy. I had the best smiles with him. It's amazing how much little ones grow.
