Singapore Family: Doubly Sweet

twice the joy
twice the love

Photographing twins make me wish I had a twin too. It’s like you have a companion and best friend forever. This pair of little girls were just so contented in each other’s company.

Singapore Family: Off to Explore

there’s a whole world out there
waiting to be explored!

“Hello, what’s your name? Do you like bubbles? Let’s take some photos first, then we’ll play bubbles!” Usually this is all that is needed for kids to warm up to me.

Occasionally though, I’ll have the super shy, hide-behind-mummy little ones. If that is your kid, breathe, don’t stress! I find that if we as adults start stressing, cajoling or even threatening, the kids also become stressed, and the session wouldn’t be a good experience for everyone.

Let them be kids, we’ll sit, chat, have some cuddles, and eventually, I’ll become less of a stranger, and slowly but surely, smiles will come.

This is my second time photographing this little girl and her family. She is quite shy, but once she warms up, her smiles comes very easily, and she’s the cutest little explorer! The last time I visited the Chinese Garden must have been more than 20 years ago, it has changed so much! It now has so much activities for the kid, and also the child-at-heart to explore and engage with nature.

Singapore Family: The Khoo Family

oh the laughter…

This cheeky adventurous little boy definitely kept me on my toes during our session. I absolutely love watching little ones explore the beautiful (bugs and all) world we live in.

oh... LOVE... Let me tell you about this precious little girl.

I always knew that kids find me entertaining. After almost every shoot, we usually become the best of friends. Oh... the many houses I've been invited to by a 2 or 3 year old. 😍

With this one, we were not even halfway through the session, and she would run up to me, giving me hugs, so generously. I must say, I fell in love.

Cake Smash: Baby O is ONE!

baby steps… adventure is out there!

Olivia is ONE 77.jpg

Gorgeous sassy little miss O was super fun to photograph! I especially loved how momma just organised a pastel affair for her cake smash session!

After photographing several back to back sessions, running together with them boys, it was really nice to just have a very pleasant morning photographing ladylike giggles over cake!

The Ng Family

'I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh.'

Ended my 2018 with this gorgeous Singaporean family, who were in KL for a holiday. This little boy was such a laughter bunny! It was so contagious that for the whole shoot, I was just laughing behind my camera. He and his big brother were just amazing- they were just so full of expressions. <3

I also have a huge confession to make… if a child cries, or falls down in front of my camera, I’ll always stay put, to make sure I get that shot. Cause honestly, they are just the cutest, and makes for the best kind of photos! #plsdonthateme

The Tan Family

sometimes boys just need to be boys.

High energy, cheeky and loud laughter, running, running, and more running. This pair of brothers really had me catching my breath as I photographed them. I don’t know how their parents keep up with them!
